This Analogue Nokia Mobira Cityman 1320 is becoming a rare collectable item. It is extremely difficult to source these phones in good condition. This one is supplied with 1 battery. The phone is in very good condition rare for a phone 22yrs + old and really has been looked after. There is a very small cover under the phone that is missing, hardley noticable. The package would make an ideal retro gift. All digits press correctly. This is a wonderful piece for someone’s collection.

The original mobile phones were heavy, bulky and usually permanently installed in cars.
But 1987 saw a breakthrough: Nokia launched the Mobira Cityman, the first handheld mobile phone for NMT networks and a model that was to become a classic.
Seal of approval
Nokia’s mobile phones got a big publicity boost in 1987, when Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev was pictured using a Cityman to make a call from Helsinki to his communications minister in Moscow. This led to the phone’s affectionate nickname of the "Gorba".
